Family-style residential care
ECMYS provides family-style residential care in safe, community-based residential settings where children and youth experience consistency and structure. Our residences are designed to support stability and meaningful connections while meeting the unique needs of each child in care.
24/7 compassionate caregivers
Youth are supported by trained, compassionate caregivers who provide 24/7 supervision, guidance, and emotional support. Caregivers build trust through consistency and attentiveness, ensuring each child feels safe and supported at all times.
Trauma-responsive support
ECMYS utilizes a trauma-responsive approach that acknowledges the impact of past experiences on children and youth. Caregivers respond with patience, consistency, and supportive interventions that encourage healthy emotional regulation.
Individualized care plans
Each child served by ECMYS receives an individualized care plan tailored to their unique needs and goals, implemented in coordination with the partner agency and regularly reviewed to support progress, stability, and overall well-being.
Emotional and developmental support
We provide ongoing emotional and developmental support to help children and youth build self-confidence, social skills, and emotional awareness. Through consistent guidance and structured support, we encourage healthy development and positive coping skills that support overall well-being.
